Recap of the Successful Global Warranty & Innovations 2023

The 2nd Annual Global Warranty & Service Contract Innovations conference was held April 18-19, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, California.

Top industry leaders shared their visions around where service is trending, changes in technology and analytics, and how the in home experience can feed product development and improve customer experience while ensuring compliance.

The conference hosted the always-popular industry roundtable discussion groups with the latest news and insights from Warranty Week. Congratulations again Drew Arnum for your promotion to Editor in Chief. 

Hosting a blend of both professional and casual, networking was a great combination of gathering old friends and long-time industry leaders, as well as up and coming leaders that will take us into the future of warranty and service.

The event also attracted a variety of industries from mobile, electronics, appliances, auto and consumer goods.  The ability to share ideas and best practices across multiple industries was one of the comments we heard that was a favorite. Women of Warranty was excited to be there to support Warranty Innovations and we will see everyone in October at Warranty Innovations.
